Since graduating with a BSc in Geological Sciences from the University of Leeds, Lyndon has worked in construction project management before beginning his own business venture.
We Are Social Enterprise (WASE) was created with a view of aiding individuals who are recognised to find it most difficult to gain employment. Since then, the business has picked up multiple large clients, grown its own team and has been increasing its sales year on year, with a current predicted turnover of £2m+ in 2023.

Lyndon applied for the SPARK entrepreneurial scheme in early 2020 as he believed it would offer a fantastic support network for him and his business. Since then, SPARK has supported the business in numerous ways including providing a top-tier incubator workspace, making introductions to partners and experts in the fields of HR, accountancy and legal as well as networking with established business owners. Further to this, the SPARK programme offers a fantastic platform for early-stage businesses to network and share learnings and celebrate together.
